Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Domestic Shipping Policy.
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days.
We ship single boxes as fast as possible. Subscriptions will ship on the first Monday of each month. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping will be calculated at checkout. We offer free shipping on a second box for a friend, by using the code 'healheart2' at checkout. If you would like the second box shipped to a different address, please email us.
If you have any issues with your order, please contact us at email@example.com and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Healing Hearts is still a growing company, because of this, we are not currently accepting returns. We deeply appreciate your support and we are committed to making all our members as happy as possible. If there is a problem with your shipment, please feel free to contact us. We will do our best to resolve the problem. Thank you again for your understanding and the ongoing support.
Please understand by purchasing a 6 or 12 month subscription you are committing to the full length of the subscription. We understand that life happens and things change, if for some reason you cannot continue with your full subscription, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org, and we will be happy to try and work with you. We can change your address to gift your box to a friend or loved one at any time!
